Next Taos Gatherings…

We often aim for the 3rd Saturday of the month, yet that sometimes varies with venue/location schedule etc. (see Telegram, Facebook or Instagram links below for detailed schedule and location information)

April 19th @ Shakti Spirit Sanctuary (Dyanna’s hOMe)

3:00 – 8:30pm

Address, directions and parking details below…

Taos friends, this is an invitation for those who are feeling inspired to cultivate a life more connected to nature, spirit and community. This is a calling for those who are ready to gather around the fire in honor and celebration of the beauty and sacredness of all life.

Gathering of the Tribes is an opportunity for you to come together with like-minded people to cultivate deep connection and build community. Some of our key interests as a group are land stewardship, environmental sustainability, regeneration, resilience, indigenous wisdom, social justice, equitable economic systems, permaculture, natural building, affordable housing, childcare, education, organic gardening/farming, community land trusts, bee keeping, holistic health, well being, sovereignty, evolved democratic governance models, life as ceremony, plant allies, spiritual connection, meditation, prayer, music, yoga, dance, purpose, seva/service, whole systems design, intentional community and ecovillage development.

If you would like to get a feel for the intentions of the gathering you can read our prayer & manifesto here. We often try to have the gathering on the 3rd Saturday of every month, yet that can vary each month with venue availability etc. (please check the Telegram or Facebook group for accurate date, schedule and location information).

This is a FREE gathering. We ask that you please consider bringing a few pieces of wood with you for the fire… or contribute a few dollars for firewood. You can bring a couple dollars cash with you or contribute on Patreon as little as $1/month.

Locations

(see top of this page or Telegram/Facebook groups to verify the current month’s location – we rotate to different locations)

=======================================================

Shakti Spirit Sanctuary (Dyanna’a hOMe)

74 Rim Rd

Arroyo Seco, NM 87514

*** Please be mindful when parking, and carpool if possible – there is minimal parking. There are some spots available in the driveway directly in front of the house. Please do not block the community road in front of the house because neighbors need that to access their homes. There is additional parking in the field north of the house, between the house and Rim Road. Please park close together to allow for as many cars as possible. Some cars may also park on the side of the road on Rim Rd (we may also have permission from one of the neighbors to park in an extra field of his behind Dyanna’s backyard – stay tuned for that).

Harmony Farm (Anastasia’s hOMe)

825 Camino Anglada

Taos, NM 87571

If coming from town, turn right at the Taos Cow, then another right, then a left – the house is at the end of that road.  Please park outside of the gate to the right and walk up the driveway. There is plenty of open space outside of the fence where you can park.

Schedule

Please check the Telegram or Facebook Group for detailed schedule (start/end times fluctuate with time of year and location)

Please join the groups to stay in touch with one another between our monthly gatherings…

Important Details

These gatherings are family friendly and substance free (no drugs or alcohol please). We will be getting naturally high on connection with nature, spirit and community.

Make sure to bring a blanket, cushion or chair to sit on because we may be outside. You may also want to bring a hat or some shade, as well as layers if it gets colder in the evening. You are also invited to bring instruments… kindness… and an open heart.

With our focus on environmental sustainability we want to minimize our use of single use disposables for the potluck. Please bring your own water, cup, cutlery and plate/bowl. Think radical self reliance… while coming together with community to share. Please bring something healthy and tasty to share for the potluck… please also be mindful to hopefully not have a lot of single use disposables in what you bring for the potluck as well.

You are welcome to arrive and go whenever you’d like… yet if possible we’d LOVE to have you there with us for the WHOLE gathering! Unless you have spoken with the host property first and received consent, please do not bring dogs to the gathering.

If you attend this event you agree to accept responsibility and liability for your own wellbeing and safety.

Contribution & Reciprocity

This is a FREE gathering. We ask that you please consider bringing a few pieces of wood with you for the fire… or contribute a few dollars for firewood. You can bring a couple dollars cash with you or contribute on Patreon as little as $1/month.

Local & Global (invite your friends)

Gathering of the Tribes is a global network of inspired souls ~ cultivating community that is deeply connected to nature and spirit. Groups all across the country/world are gathering on the same day each month with shared vision and intentions. Our global online community meets once per month via Zoom on the first Thursday of the month. This is an opportunity to meet, network and weave with kin and community all around the world. More details about the monthly Zoom meetings can be found here. (online Zoom gatherings are currently on pause)

If you have friends in another town or city that you think would like to be involved in this movement… please forward this information, and let them know they are invited to host a gathering in their own town on the third Saturday of the month using this template.

With Gratitude
