Local Earth is honored to be an incubator for the development, activation and launch of From Roots to Revival, the Quantum Intelligence Initiative, the Hummingbird Initiative, and the Taos Community Resilience Coalition.

A Healthy, Thriving Planet

From Roots to Revival, the Quantum Intelligence Initiative (QII), the Hummingbird Initiative, and the Taos Community Resilience Coalition are four synergistic efforts woven together by a shared commitment to ecological regeneration, cultural healing, ethical technology, and systemic transformation. Each initiative brings its own gifts—strategy, stewardship, storytelling and intelligence—yet all are united by a common vision: to honor our deepest roots and rise together in service to all life.

From Roots to Revival

From Roots to Revival is a transformative multimedia initiative and platform guiding humanity’s evolution from systems built on domination, scarcity, and separation to regenerative models rooted in abundance, equity, resilience, and interconnection.

By exploring the deep origins of our societal structures—economic, political, cultural, and technological—we illuminate how these systems were shaped, why they are unraveling, and how we can consciously redesign them to honor life, lineage, and future generations. We are doing this doing this with a combination of monthly essays, podcasts and wisdom councils (and eventually a book with integrated educational curriculum).

This initiative aims to:

  • Illuminate how systems were shaped by cosmology, conflict, and control
  • Catalyze healing and reconciliation between colonized and colonizing cultures
  • Inspire regenerative action through storytelling, education, and place-based implementation
  • Build a Global Network of Community Resilience Coalitions and Bioregional Resilience Hubs
  • Integrate and collaborate with the Quantum Intelligence (QII) and Hummingbird Initiatives

Quantum Intelligence Initiative (QII)

The Quantum Intelligence Initiative (QII) is a global movement and ethical framework guiding the conscious evolution of technology. Rooted in ecological, ancestral, and intergenerational wisdom, QII ensures that the development of advanced intelligence remains in service to all life—not as a tool of domination, but as a partner in resilience and regeneration.

QII is evolving the paradigm of Artificial Intelligence (AI) by expanding it into a more holistic, life-honoring model of Quantum Intelligence (QI)—one that integrates whole systems thinking, planetary ethics, cosmic awareness, and spiritual connection. Rather than viewing intelligence as mechanical or extractive, this initiative reframes it as relational, embodied, and aligned with the sacred web of life.

Hummingbird Initiative

The Hummingbird Initiative is a global framework and collaborative movement dedicated to guiding the evolution of technology in alignment with Indigenous wisdom, Traditional Ecological Knowledge (TEK), and long-term planetary well-being. As a key component of the Quantum Intelligence Initiative, it works to ensure that the development of Artificial Intelligence, Quantum Intelligence, and emerging technological systems is rooted in values that honor life, culture, and intergenerational responsibility (the initiative is inspired by the Eagle & Condor Prophecy).

The initiative brings together Indigenous leaders, technologists, ecologists, designers, and cultural stewards to co-create ethical frameworks, regenerative infrastructure models, and educational programs. By integrating time-tested ecological and cultural knowledge into the foundation of innovation, the Hummingbird Initiative envisions a future where technology and nature are not at odds, but in synergistic partnership—supporting systems that serve both people and planet for generations to come.

Taos Community Resilience Coalition

The Taos Community Resilience Coalition is a citizen-led movement committed to fostering a thriving, sustainable, and resilient future for Taos County. Guided by principles of environmental stewardship, social equity, local economic empowerment, and cultural inclusivity—the Coalition brings together residents, civic institutions, businesses, nonprofits, and indigenous partners to collaboratively shape a regenerative future. Our platform is designed to serve as a bridge—fostering better collaboration, communication, and alignment between residents, local government, local businesses, organizations, and the Taos Pueblo. We believe that by strengthening the health of our land, people, and economy, we can ensure that Taos County flourishes for current and future generations.

Mission: To co-create and implement a long-term, community-led, holistic strategy and platform for bioregional resilience, ecological sustainability, local economic vitality and cultural harmony —through collaborative leadership, trusted partnerships, and inclusive participation.

Vision: A resilient Taos County where thriving ecosystems, strong local economies, cultural diversity, and community collaboration create a flourishing bioregion for generations to come.

Working Together

These four initiatives form a living systems blueprint—where communities, cultures, and conscious technologies unite to nurture life, resilience, and planetary well-being. Together, they model how the local and the global, the ancient and the emergent, the human and the technological can move forward in harmony—one bioregion at a time.
