 Let’s do our part… ONE STEP at a time to minimize the amount of single-use disposables that end up in the landfill every year!  It is interesting to reflect on the concept of throwing something “away”… there is now “away”!  There is only waste, pollution and overflowing landfills.  Plastics take between 400-700 years to break down and never really go away.  As they do begin to break down they turn into micro-plastics, much of which ends up in our water streams and oceans.  Watch this short video “Open Your Eyes” narrated by Jeff Bridges to learn more about these issues.
