ACTION STEP: Remove your grass & Grow Food!

Grass takes a lot of water to maintain & many lawns are not utilized.  If you do not utilize your lawn we encourage you to remove your grass and begin a garden at home!  You can save water, save money and grow your own organic food at home.  This will enhance the biodiversity of your local ecosystem while providing you with fresh, tasty, organic foods right out of your own garden! Save water – save money – eat well!  One creative way to remove your grass is to sheet mulch your lawn.
